Choices for grab and go foods while traveling have dramatically improved over the last several years. Nuts, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, nut butter packets, and granola bars (eg, Rx bars, Larabars, Health Warrior Chia Bars, Kind Bars) are widely available and are nice alternatives to the typical options of chips, cookies, and candy. Want to ditch the package and have whole food options? Check out these recipes with seeds, nuts, dried fruit and slower digesting whole grains:
