Have you been struggling with staying motivated during these times? I know I have. What helped me curb the lack of motivation was to just get started and move! Whether it’s taking a ten-minute walk to get your day started or hitting up a zoom class with the awesome coaches at Boston Iron & Grit. Use whatever equipment you have available to you and make the most of what you got. You don’t need any fancy equipment to get a solid workout in. Take advantage of this newfound free time as an opportunity to dial in some good habits you will carry into your daily life when we get through this temporary crisis. I suggest starting with these three: Clean up your diet, work on your running, and get better sleep. Make a list and stick with them for one week. Reevaluate and add to your list. Don’t put limits on your goals due to our current situation; and remember to take one day at a time.
