This program was devleoped for the individual looking to add more mobility work and accessory work to their training. Activation is to prep for the demands of the WOD and Integration is done post WOD.

You will find during the ACTIVATION portion we provide you the tools to prepare for lifting and high intensity interval training. By proper activation of the joints and muscles we provide you with the tools to to reach your maximum effort. Every person is of a different athletic ability and we want to make sure our athletes are properly prepared to workout.

INTEGRATION is done post WOD as a group. The idea behind our program is to build upon the work completed for the day but interweaved throughout the month to make the building blocks for a stronger base. Absolute strength takes the longest to build and EVOLVE gives you the extra accessory work needed to build without over taxing the muscular and skeletal system.
