This program was developed for the individual looking to add more mobility and accessory work to their training. Activation is to prep for the demands of the WOD and Integration is done post WOD.

Our beginners program is thorough and allows each athlete to learn the basics. It is a tiered program and each person is assigned to a tier based on the ASSESSMENT.

InBody Testing

Individual Appointments

We provide the Inbody Test for members and the community. The test gives information about an individual’s body composition. Our nutritionist will work with you to interpret results and tailor counseling based on individual goals.

Olympic Lifting

75 Minute Class

This class focuses on the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. The conjugate movements are addressed and drilled. If you are going to take CrossFit classes, this low key, fun class is highly recommended.

THROWDOWN

90 Minute Class

Mechanics and consistency is the foundation of the Wednesday night class. Olympic Lifting, gymnastics and aerobic capacity are tested. On Saturday the class is done in an open gym style.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

Our teen program provides our athletes the basics of functional movement, lifting and increased fitness for sports enhancement, body strengthening and better health. We provide a fun, learning environment for all of our teens.

Kids CrossFit

We provide a fun and learning environment for kids from 4th – 6th grade to workout. Our program is based on the principles of CrossFit Kids. Very little lifting and a whole lot of functional movement!

BABES & Barbells

Our only all ladies class designed to focus on correct form and building strength with fundamental barbell lifts.  Fun and welcoming to all levels. No prior lifting or CrossFit experience necessary.

What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Our staff of experienced trainers are ready to help develop a fitness routine that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym. 55 & Over Fitness

If you’re older or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with our team. Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
