FUNCTION focuses on slowing down the pace of your workout and moving with purpose and intent. We utilize different equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands in tempo style weight resistance movements. We focus on balance, stability and core development. Our athletes use this class to mix up their training, as an active rest day, injury recovery or perfect for the beginner looking to prepare for our longer, more intense workouts.
