This upcoming week we are rolling out our new programming for Iron & Grit. I’m so excited to announce we will be working with Brandon Peterson the founder of CrossFit Free and Complete Athletic Performance. I had the opportunity to meet with Coach Peterson to discuss our future goals including our unique and diverse community, the Open and individual needs.
Next week this time we will be at the end of the first week in our new phase of programming and over the next 3 weeks we want to hear from you. We are making these changes to better serve you. Your opinion is important. We will be leaving forms for you to fill out anonymously or you can contact me directly.
There will be some changes to the coaching staff and only one change to the Saturday schedule. The 9 a.m. class and the 10 a.m. class will be blended together and we will have only one class at 9:30. Twice the People = Twice the Energy
We will continue with the team/partner WOD theme!
Coach Mel is stepping into a bigger coaching role and taking on the challenge of coaching the group classes on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday at 9:30 and noon. If you haven’t already taken Coach Mel’s gymnastic class on Sunday, I highly suggest you try it.
Coach Brian will be adding Thursday nights to his coaching schedule. As usual Coach Brian will bring his incredible understanding of athletic performance and attention to detail.
Coach Miguel will be coaching Saturday mornings and also writing a weekly Tuesday blog full of advice and fun CrossFit stories. I’m looking forward to reading Coach Miguel’s advice!
As a staff we will also be working with Coach Peterson in various workshops over the next 3 months to improve our craft and bring the best coaching possible to you.
