While we believe high intensity training and weightlifting delivers lifelong results, we believe the greatest complement to the intensity of CrossFit is functional body development. FUNCTION focuses on slowing down the pace of your workout and moving with purpose and intent. We utilize different equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands in tempo style weight resistance movements. We focus on balance, stability and core development.
