Donna is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist in Massachusetts with a Masters of Education in Nutrition. During her graduate work, Donna participated in research projects with endurance and strength training athletes. Following her master’s degree, her practice included nutrition care of individuals and families in healthcare settings. In addition to helping the athletes at Boston Iron & Grit, Donna is the editor of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Nutrition Care Process Terminology Reference Manual, a standardized terminology for health records and research used by nutrition and dietetic professionals in the US and internationally.
Donna is passionate about assisting individuals and families choose and embrace nourishing food.
