Kaleigh Beauregard started her athletic pursuits and fitness while playing Triple A elite hockey in the Honeybaked organization based out of Michigan from 2007-2015. While in high school she was introduced to strength and conditioning for the enhancement of athletic performance and found her passion. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and health sciences from the University of Massachusetts–Boston while playing NCAA Division III ice hockey for the Beacons. While at UMass, she interned in the Sports Medicine Department for athletic training within Athletics. Currently, she is completing a premedical post-baccalaureate program at Northeastern University and has plans to coach girls U14 hockey during the upcoming 2020-21 season.
In her own words: I grew up playing the guitar and tagged on the piano and drums. I’m always listening to music and gladly take suggestions. I enjoy drawing and writing. I am not hardy enough to drink black coffee but I will take it with a dash of skim and an Equal.
