Throwdown

Mechanics and consistency is the foundation of the Wednseday night class. Olympic Lifting, gymnastics and aerobic capacity are put to the test. On Saturday the class is done in an open gym style. 
 
For those looking to raise their game and try a competition this class will prepare you for the unknown. The class is run twice a week.
 
Wednesdays 6:30-8
Saturdays 10:30-Noon
 
Accessible with you unlimited membership, Drop In or Punch Card. Must have at least 6 month CrossFit experience.
