Teen Strength and Conditioning

Our teen program provides our athletes the basics of functional movement, lifting and increased fitness for sports enhancement, body strengthening and better health. We provide a fun, learning environment for all of our teens.

Our teen program is open to all levels. Our athletes range from beginners to athletes who will be playing their sport of choice at Division I colleges. We require all beginners to take a free fitness assessment with the Head Teen Coach and then at least 6 private sessions to learn the basics of CrossFit, Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting.

We accept teens 15 years and older in our adult classes.
