We provide you with an exceptional CrossFit experience. Our classes are constantly varied and utilize functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit was designed for everyone, and we make it accessible to every person who is willing to show up and put in the work. There is no magic pill; the magic is in the process. Every movement is scalable, and this makes CrossFit the perfect fitness program for any committed individual regardless of experience. To live a long life filled with avidity and vitality CrossFit is key!
Increase your aerobic capacity and muscular endurance in our long intense, interval training class. This class will test your mettle both physically and mentally. More importantly, it is a great compliment to our CrossFit class. The workouts in BIG Engine run from 40-60 minutes and this longer time domain compliments our shorter, higher intense CrossFit classes. Combined with our Olympic Lifting class you have a well-rounded fitness regime.
Our Fundamentals program is geared for new athletes. We offer each athlete an opportunity to learn the basics of CrossFit in a safe and supportive session. If you have never tried CrossFit or need to start the process over by learning the basics in a comprehensive program, the first step is a FREE GOAL REVIEW.
We provide the Inbody Test for members and the community. The test gives information about an individual’s body composition. Our nutritionist will work with you to interpret results and tailor counseling based on individual goals.
The foundation of good health is nutrition. Our philosophy is to live 80% healthy for a lifetime. We take a practical approach to nutrition and just like building your strength good nutrition starts with small changes.
Our Olympic Lifting class focuses on the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. You will see the Olympic Lifts throughout the week in the CrossFit and BIG Engine classes. For a more focused Olympic Lifting class join our coaches Saturday mornings. Any athlete, from beginner to experienced, looking for a more thorough understanding of the Olympic Lifts, core development and building a base of strength can attend these longer more technique focused classes.
Our coaches can develop an individualized program to help you meet your goals. Whether you are looking to compete at the highest level of CrossFit throwdowns, triathlon, Spartan Race or train for a 5K road race we can help you get physically and mentally prepared. We offer an array of options including private training with a group membership.

Our teen program provides our athletes the basics of functional movement, lifting and increased fitness for sports enhancement, body strengthening and better health. We provide a fun, learning environment for all of our teens.
Open Gym is provided to all of our members. It is time for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on your training goals.
We provide Open Gym every weekday from 9:30 am to 11 am.
OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP: $200 per month
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
