The Studio Manager is a vital member of our leadership team and responsible for growth, sales, retention, and excellence in coaching. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants growth opportunities and wants to learn how to run a micro-gym specializing in strength & conditioning with an emphasis on longevity. This individual is responsible for the daily operations of the gym including current member interface, new client intake, SALES, and team management.

Job Experience Requirements:
Sales and Membership Acquisition 2-5 years’ experience
Certified NASM with 3-5 years’ experience as a personal trainer
OR
CrossFit Level 2 or 3 a must with 3-5-years’ coaching experience
Olympic Lifting Certification a Plus
Nutrition Certification a Plus
Must have an interest in helping community achieve longevity goals via daily habits
Understands and Maximizes Sales Opportunities

- Make sure all contracts are accurate, entered in system
- Book at least 3-5 “beginner athlete” appointments every day
- Includes appointments for team and self
- Make at least 50 sales contacts daily

− Corporate memberships

− Getting involved in charities
− Fitness events
▪ Create and develop ideas to showcase Iron & Grit to a wider audience.
− Training demos
− Booths at health fairs
Inventory
▪ Responsible for helping to keep inventory of clothing, office supplies, equipment, etc.
▪ Monitor inventory for overage and shortage.
Member Retention
▪ Respect and appreciate all new members and make them feel welcome in the community
▪ Be responsive to issues and make every effort to keep members happy
▪ Monitor suggestions.
▪ Help create and foster a respectful and fun environment.
▪ Community policies must be enforced to assure Iron & Grit etiquette.
▪ Handle and combat cancellations. It is your job to reengage our members and help them get back into classes or private training.
▪ Handle and collect on Declines
▪ Maintenance issues are handled by you first and then if not solved, be sent to the respective person.
▪ Music must be appropriate and kept at acceptable levels.
▪ All cleaning checklists must be done regularly:
− Bathrooms
− Lobby
− Equipment
Organize outdoor space and ensure its clean
Help maintain indoor equipment and help Operations Manager with tasks as they arise
