CROSSFIT OPEN….3.2.1….GO!

The OPEN is here! Announcement of the 25.1 workout is announced and we are pumped. The OPEN is an annual event started in 2010. Each CrossFit affiliate hosts their own community competition. For the warriors who really want to test themselves against the worldwide competition you can sign up on the CrossFit GAMES site HERE!

For the next 3 weeks you can complete the workout during regular class times on Friday. You can choose RX, Scaled or Foundations each week depending on the movements. The different divisions makes the workout accessible for every level of athlete.

Can’t make it Friday to complete the workout? We have one make-up day on Sunday at 11 am. If you need a different time please do the workout during open gym time and get your own judge. No one will be allowed to complete the workout during regular class times other than Friday.

If you have signed up for the OPEN with CrossFit GAMES please be sure to get your workout in on Monday before the deadline at 8 pm EST.

Those who are doing the internal team need to make sure your scores are submitted to us on the official OPEN score sheet to get points for your team. The scores for the INTERNAL competition are weighted based on RX, SCALED, or FOUNDATIONS division. Scores for those signed up for the OPEN through CrossFit GAMES are given extra points for submitting scores each week. If you forget to submit a score by Monday at 8 pm you receive 3 points for finishing the workout.
